    Purchased a new Ethnicraft dining table from here, waited several weeks to arrive which was fine. Table arrived significantly warped to the point that an apple would roll off if placed in the centre of the table.

    Only after I advised them that I knew they sent me a display table (I took photos of the display table when we were still deciding) did they offer a reduction in price for the floor model. This is deceitful and not the appropriate way to do business, especially when buying a $1500 dining table and multiple other items from the store.

    Nothing but praise for the online customer service received from Clickon Furniture. Their team have been phenomenal helping us revamp our office space. Exceeded our expectations by a mile and would gladly use them again.

    I ordered some chairs from Clickon Furniture on Tuesday afternoon. I was told delivery could be 3-5 days as the chairs had to be dispatched from their Melbourne warehouse. The chairs were delivered early Thursday morning. Great, great service. Thanks, happy customer. Would recommend

    Advised store of issue who then sent me out the 1 year old display table as new item thinking I wouldn't notice the damage and wear marks on it.
