    The service was exceptional and the final product, delivered on Valentine's Day, was a beautiful, fresh bouquet. Georgia, with whom I spoke to during the order process rocks: she was incredibly accommodating and helped me tailor my order with a few bespoke additions at no extra cost. I would recommend their service without any hesitation or reservation and will be returning for my next batch of flowers!

    I cannot believe the awful customer service and the lack of care that had gone into my order. Georgia has left numerous un answered emails, said she would help me with my order and didn’t and also disappointed me when she tried to turn the situation around.
