I have always hated taking my bike for a service as I felt that I was gonna get ripped off no matter what. Bike Bug Roseberry has changed my mind about this. They are great, only do what is needed and recommend changes that may be needed in the future. I will definitely make them my go to.

The staff wouldn't even lend me a spanner to change our a punctured inner tube I was going to purchase in store. I obviously wasn't spending enough money to warrant their attention. Very poor service

They are kind and they know what they do. But eveythink is so expensive. Kmart has the same stuff for half price
