  My husband had the most beautiful roses delivered to our hotel for our wedding anniversary. Absolutely spectacular roses which have kept so well. Highly recommend Roses Only!

  order was not delivered on valentines day, but the customer service called back with a refund agreed, and also planned another delivery of the same goods i ordered tomorrow. this is what a professional business should be. I will purchase other goods from roseonly next time cause I value their service.

  I ordered the day before,was certainly charged for items immediately, but the next day after the stated 'guaranteed' time of 6pm, I noted that it was still 'in-store'. Unfortunately the delivery date was a Saturday, and other florists were closed by this time. Completely unacceptable service. I recommend they remove the 'guaranteed' clause as some very upset person may sue you based on "forfeiture of guaranteed service".
